Our 2BR upper apartment will be available on May 1st. It has been very well maintained and features a little over 1,000 square feet, an included stove, fridge and dishwasher, hookups for a washer and dryer, a fenced in back yard and a one car garage space with an electric door opener. The tenant is responsible for the gas and electric while we pay for water. Tenants are also responsible for lawn mowing and snow removal.
